Success at Rosebrook Sand & Gravel has been aided in no small part by our strict Maintenance Program. We have shown that regular maintenance of all our plant equipment results in higher productivity. Our Vehicle and Machinery Replacement Program ensures that down-time is kept to an absolute minimum. All equipment within the organisation is subjected to a thorough Daily Check Routine. This is carried out by the operator. Having check listed and documented all information, each Daily Check Sheet is checked by management and all faults logged into the Faults Recording Register and scheduled for repair or service. We are currently implementing the Mines Safety Management Plan which is further ensuring we run a safe and reliable plant.
